The core product of Karsa Makmur Bersama is charcoal made from coconut shell carbon, which we offer in varying shapes and sizes. Our product is mainly used for heating tobacco/shisha pipes and for barbeque. there is no single tree was cut to make our product. By our current capability, we can produce in several packing and sizes. Our shisha briquettes are made with 100 % natural ingridients. The coconut shell ensure easy ignition, high and event heat and a longer burn time. Karsa Makmur Bersama assures the safety of the environment from the point of collecting the raw coconut shells until packing and dispatch.

Briquette Production Process

Sort Coconut Shell Charcoal

The quality of a briquette is determined by the raw material, therefore it is necessary to carry out several processes in selecting raw materials. Doing the coconut shell charcoal sorting process using a rotary machine to separate the charcoal from the existing impurities. First, the coconut shell charcoal is carried out by a combustion test to ensure the quality of the charcoal.

GRINDING

After the sorting process is carried out, the selected charcoal will be milled with a grinding machine in to soft sand grains which are commonly referred to as pulping.

MIXING

Furthermore, the pulp will be put into a mixing device to be mixed with other compositions.

BLENDING

After the mixing process, the blending process will be carried out so that the briquette dough is more integrated, soft and easy to print.

MOLDING PROCESS

The molding process of briquettes is carried out according to the shape and size required and according to the buyers request. The shape is also influenced by the market in the destination country, by changing the blades on the printing machine can produce different shapes and sizes.

SORT BRIQUETTES

After the molding process is complete, the briquettes are sorted to separate the briquettes with good and bad precision. This process also aims to separate the briquettes that are attached to each other into units.

OVEN

The final processing process is burning in an oven in about 2 x 24 hours. It is intended that the briquettes are ripe, not easily broken, and can provide maximum heat and combustion when used.

PACKAGING

The last step before the delivery process is the process of inserting briquettes into the Inner Plastic and then to the Inner Box and Master Box.

SHIPPING

In the delivery process, delivery will be carried out using a container at a mutually agreed price and will be sent to the buyer in accordance with the existing agreement.
